“Overall: 3/5 Stars Food: Just average, though the Makki ki Roti and Saag are good. Drinks: The Chai and Lassi are the highlights! Highly recommended. Value: A bit overpriced according to the location. Service: The staff is wonderful and very helpful.”
“I had visited PUNJABI RASOI restaurant in chandigarh recomend by one of my friend. Punjabi Rasoi truly lives up to its name by offering pure, authentic Punjabi taste. The food feels just like home-cooked Punjabi meals. The Sarso da Saag is absolutely delicious and full of traditional flavors, and the Channa Masala is perfectly spiced. The Missi Roti pairs beautifully with the dishes, and the variety of Punjabi pickles (achar) adds an amazing homemade touch with butter. And I love to share my experience here The prices are very affordable, making it great value for money. Another big plus is the wheelchair-accessible parking, which shows thoughtful customer care specially for wheelchair accessible ♿ customers. The chole bhature was awesome 👍 😎 Highly recommended for anyone craving real Punjabi food made with authenticity and love! In chandigarh”
“The thali mentioned rajma, but I was served something else entirely. The food was extremely oily and unhealthy to eat. It feels misleading when the menu advertises one dish and delivers another. The sweet also smelled like it was very old and stale. Very disappointing experience. Please stop misleading customers and improve the quality of your food.”
“Perfect place to visit if you are craving desi khana. Service is quick here . I’ve become a fan of their pyaz wali chutney which is served here. All sabzis are tasty but sarson ka saag stole the show. It was absolutely lip smacking. Accompaniments are available on table like pickle, chillies and much more. On the counter other items are also available for buying like laddo, gur, pickles etc. so if you are around elante or in industrial area then this place is a must visit.”
“I tried rajma rice and makki ki roti with sarson ka sagg and pumpkin. They serve with Desi ghee or white butter on top and salad of onions with a chutney of green mango and beetroot. Overall The food is okay It tastes like a home cooked meal but according to the taste and portion size it's overpriced. I found it overrated there are so many flies on all the tables the pickles are uncovered and they use very cheap quality rice. Place is recommended if you like less spicy food but still it's overpriced and full of flies.”
